Privacy policy

In short

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus a small amount of technical information to stop spam. We use it to reply to you and, if you hire us, to run your project. We don’t sell it, we don’t use it for advertising, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we keep what you enter in the form:

• your name, email address, and phone number if you give one
• your company, country and website, if you give them
• the service you’re interested in, your budget range and your message
• that you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry

Technical details sent with the form:

• the page you sent it from, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example “utm_source”), so we know which of our pages and campaigns are useful
• your browser’s user-agent text (browser and device type)
• a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address, used only to block repeated spam. We never store the IP address itself.

If you message or email us directly, we keep that conversation like any business correspondence. Just browsing the website does not create a record about you.

How we use it

• to reply to your enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp, as you agreed on the form
• to prepare a proposal and, if you go ahead, to plan, deliver and support your project
• to keep our records accurate and to protect the website and enquiry form from abuse

We don’t add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

Only the NovaTek team members who need your details to help you can see them. We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and our internal tools:

• Vercel hosts this website.
• Supabase stores enquiries and project records in a secured database.
• An AI provider may be used by our team to draft a summary or reply from your enquiry. Drafts are always reviewed by a person and are never sent to you automatically.
• Email and WhatsApp carry our conversations with you, if you contact us that way.

We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone. We’ll share it with someone else only if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

The public website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store your light or dark theme choice, and a copy of the logo, icons and other static files so the site loads faster and can show an offline notice. Sign-in cookies are used only in the team portal, by NovaTek staff.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of the project and the records we must keep afterwards. Ask us and we’ll delete an enquiry that didn’t turn into a project.

How we protect it

Our data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role and every sign-in is protected, and important changes are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Email us from the address you used, so we can confirm it’s you.
